If I could give Alpha Prime zero stars I would. I not only received the wrong product, but had to pay the return shipping as well, for their mistake. I placed repeated calls with voicemails but the person named Nicole never returned a single inquiry. All I wanted was an exchange, but apparently I mean nothing as their customer. A sad way to treat someone and a horrible way to represent the brand. An extremely disappointing experience.
