Inseam?

How do these compare to Dickies 13" work shorts? I've worn Dickies exclusively for 20 years when playing softball because I've never been able to find something that fits and functions better, but I'm always willing to try a new product. Having my shorts go below my knees is a must. What is the inseam on these shorts? I'm 6'2.
